Designer Biography
Jenny Hilmo Teig (1984) is a Norwegian Freelance Costume Designer based at "Teateratelier" in Trondheim. Designs and produces costumes for theatre, film and opera, and is a member of Norwegian Scenographers. Educated from London College of Fashion, with a BA (hons) in Costume for the Performing Arts. Received a grant for young artists from the Norwegian Arts Council in 2012. Her work includes the Hedda-award winning play "Hundre Hemmeligheter" (Hundred secrets) with Cirka Teater, Trøndelag Teater/ Riksteateret, the feature film "Kvinner i for store herreskjorter" (Women in oversized Men's Shirts) by Yngvild Flikke/ Motlys, "the 39 Steps" for both Teatertruppen og Nord-Trøndelag Teater, outdoor viking play "Korsvikaspillet Håkon og Kark", Shakespeare's " A Midsummer nights Dream" and "As you like it" for Rabarbrateateret and the trilogy "Gull og gråstein" (Gold and Granite) for Konstellasjonen.
